Olive Green Dimensions: Height 9¾" (250mm) x Width 6¼" (155mm) x Base 4"(100mm) Lip: Down-tooled with applied string rim Base: Kick-up with pontil scar Source: Edinburgh. Scotland Special features: A globular wine bottle in the same mould as bottles originating from the Alloa Glassworks. Similar shapes were produced at the Nailsea Glassworks setup in Bristol in 1788.
