Note the OGJA cane set in the base for Oban Glassworks - Jack Allan

Jack worked for Caithness for just a few months and his first job was to design and make prototype paperweights for the wedding of Princess Anne to Mark Phillips and this is one of those,  the centre cane of the weight has the initials AM and the date of 1973.
